I had a fantastic 2-night stay! Mary was super welcoming and her chocolate chip scones were a treat. The room was cozy, and being a mile from the center made it nice and peaceful. Plus, I loved being close to the Cliff Walk.

The beautiful garden offered a tranquil escape.

My stay was challenged by the noise from upstairs, which was louder than I expected and continued late into the evening. The housekeeping was lacking, as I noticed mildew on the shower curtain and a slow drain. Additionally, the decor felt dated, with some torn wallpaper that made the room feel less cozy than it could have been.

Waking to delicious chocolate orange scones each morning prepared by Mary was pure bliss! The Sunlit Suite offered ample space and unmatched comfort. Her hospitality made us feel right at home.

As pleasant as my stay was, there were minor maintenance issues like a slow shower drain. However, it didn't overshadow the overall experience.

The Sunlit Suite was stunning, featuring a massive bed and delightful skylights which filled the room with natural light. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the French toast, which was a delectable treat. Having a refrigerator and spacious areas for luggage made the stay more comfortable. However, noise from other guests during the night disrupted the peaceful atmosphere, and there were minor cleanliness concerns in the shared areas.

Mary made our stay really special with her amazing breakfasts and thoughtful touches like leaving snacks for our early exit. We loved spending time in the beautiful garden and cozy common areas to unwind after a busy day. The only downside was a bit of noise from upstairs, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all. 😊

the breakfast was fantastic with chocolate coconut pancakes, and being just a short stroll from King Park made our city walks delightful during my stay.

staying at gardenview bed and breakfast was such a treat! the room was beautifully decorated, and the facilities were perfect. we especially loved that it’s just blocks away from the mansions on bellevue avenue. mary is an outstanding host, making breakfast a highlight with incredible options! plus, she had delicious scones ready for us when we had to leave early.
